When The Cat's Away ...

We hijacked Jane's pool last night (while she was out of town) for a fun family swim! Everyone had such a great time. It was so wonderful to cool off after such a hot, humid afternoon of fence repair!!!

One Wild Evening!!!

We sure know how to pack a lot into an afternoon ~ Kayla had soccer practice, Stephen performed as Leonardo DaVinci at school, and "Grandpa" Mike Carroll came over to show Bradley his favorite toy, Darth, a custom volkswagon he built himself. AND ~ we still had time for the ice cream man. What a great night!!!

Right now, everyone is fed, bathed, and tucked away in bed ... whew~

The Life and Times of Bradley

Last night, Bradley pulled his first tooth. He's been insisting that he needed to lose one ever since Stephen lost his. Bradley has always known how to get exactly what he wants!!! Luckily for Nanny, she was on the phone with us when the tooth came out ... it was just like being here (just without the blood)!

Bradley also created a robot from "recycled goods" at school this week. How creative is that kid? That robot looks cool and delicious!!!

The Best Gift Ever :)

My precious baby girl made this for me for Mother's Day. Is she the very best daughter ever or what? I can't believe how much everyone has grown ... time just flies, doesn't it. It's a little late, but Happy Mother's Day to all you great Moms and daughters and sisters. Here's to you!

~ Results of May 8, early morning storms: 110 mph straight line winds rolled the swingset some 20 yards through the fence and into the neighbors backyard.

We sure are sad to see her go.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEPHEN and HAYDEN !!!

Stephen chose this new bike for his 8th birthday! Now he won't have to steal Bradley's! Hoooooooray!!!

Stephen and Hayden "The Lost Landsberger" Wilson share the same birthday (5/1), so we partied together this year.

The gang ate their cupcakes and we all headed out to Lazer City for a few rounds of laser tag. We had a blast!
